Konami’s response

So, as they are finally doing something about the many glitches and failures in Silent Hill HD, I decided to send them an email asking them to take a look at this blog for reference in making the patch (or patches).

Surprisingly enough, I got an answer within hours:

“We are forwarding on your information to the development team for review. If we receive any updates on the issues or if the team has more questions we will be in contact.

We thank you for your time and efforts.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

In the meantime, while they are working on these patch(es), I encourage everyone to keep submitting glitches, as now I know they will be looking here for references.
